Executive Committee Elected

At the June 1, 2006 meeting, eighteen members present elected the following individuals to the Morena Business Association Executive Committee:

• Nevin Kleege, Kleege Industries - President
• Michael Sisk, Alpha-American Programmable Signs - Vice President
• KC Davis, Shuttermart - Secretary
• Henry E. Zapisek, CFP®, Financial Network Investment Corporation - Treasurer

The first Executive Committee Meeting was held on June 9 at Shuttermart.  The following items were covered:

• Discussed the role of the Executive Committee, Policies and Procedures.
• Discussed the requirements of forming a 501 (c) (6) Corporation.
• Authorized Finance Committee chaired by Hank Zapisek and Newsletter Committee chaired by Michael Sisk.
• Authorized implementation and funding of Morena Business Association web site.
• Discussed the design elements of a Morena Business Association logo.
• Authorized hiring an experienced person to canvass the Morena area to identify every business in the area.
